1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to that product after 14 days have passed.

2- To return the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him. This excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.
